ROAD CONSTRUCTION

Our road construction business focuses primarily on the repair and reconstruction of local roads, parking lots, sewerage and drainage systems. At the customer’s request, we perform complete earthworks, including stabilization and compaction of earthworks and subgrades, followed by the required laboratory tests in accordance with applicable standards.

Construction supervision

Our company offers technical supervision for investors (construction supervision), engineering services, and consulting in the field of construction, specializing in transport structures, engineering networks, and sports facilities – reconstruction and new construction.

Examples of repair technologies

Potholes in asphalt roads of various sizes – in the first phase, the edges of the pothole are cut and removed to ensure a proper working joint, the pothole is cleaned and coated with asphalt emulsion to ensure better adhesion. In the second phase, the pothole is filled with the required hot asphalt mixture, leveled, and compacted with a compaction mechanism to the level of the existing road. These construction repairs can also be carried out in winter, when hot asphalt mixtures cannot be used, using a special cold asphalt mixture with very good results. For road repairs requiring high resistance to the effects of heavy traffic, it is advisable to use mastic asphalt.
Extensive construction repairs at the initial stage of deterioration of the asphalt wearing course of the road – the technologically simplest and least expensive procedure is to use a sealing coat of asphalt emulsion in an amount of up to 3 kg/m2 with crushed stone aggregate with a grain size of 4/8 mm. This will seal the bituminous surface and unify the visual appearance of the road.
Repair of open transverse and longitudinal joints and cracks of various types – in order to prevent further damage to the road surface, open cracks and joints must be treated either by coating with asphalt emulsion with crushed stone or by milling the crack and then cleaning and filling it with a modified grout.

We provide comprehensive services, from earthworks, unpaved and paved structural base and subbase layers, drainage, e.g., drainage and sewerage systems, including the installation of street and sewer inlets and their connection to the main lines, to the provision and implementation of top asphalt or paved layers. We are happy to offer our construction capacities to larger construction companies in the form of subcontracted construction work.
