Professional Field Grader
This is a special tractor-pulled leveling machine with a leveling bar width of 2400 mm. Our company has a TYM T903 tractor with 90 horsepower, which is also equipped with special field tires. During leveling, the machine is guided and controlled by a TOPCON laser leveling system with double-sided laser scanning, enabling it to work with slopes in both the longitudinal and transverse axes. Depending on the fractions of loose materials used, the leveling accuracy is up to +/- 0.5 cm. The advantage of the leveling technique we use is better maneuverability compared to commonly used road graders and the fact that, on a suitably pre-leveled surface, it does not require the assistance of other equipment (a loader to move excess material).
Levelling work can be used not only on sports fields, but also in the construction of parking areas, on base layers in industrial halls or in extensive park landscaping.
The price for levelling work is charged depending on transport distances and the scope of the work required It goes without saying that we perform final surface cleaning using a towable steerable scraper, which we use as the final stage of leveling work before sowing or installing an artificial surface.
